How can I see your fabrics?

Please call us toll-free at 1-877-434-3233 to set up a appointment, or email us detailing your needs . We can arrange to have one of our reps come by, or arrange to mail you some sample cards free of charge. Our showroom in Delta, BC is available by appointment only.

Do you have a minimum?

As a wholesaler, we have a 5 meter sample minimum, but no dollar value minimum.

Are your fabrics always in stock?

Sometimes we are out of a color, but can always advise when our next shipment will be in stock.

What if I have a big order, will you have my fabric available?

KenDor stocks from 100 m to 5,000 m of any one item. Please allow 8 weeks leadtime for your larger production quantities and let us know in advance if you would like to reserve fabric.

Do I need an account to purchase?

No, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Please print-off and return our credit card authorization form -  USA form or Canada form. You may choose to complete and return Kendor’s confidential credit application as well. Upon review of your trade credit references, credit terms may be granted.

Can anyone buy from KenDor Textiles?

We are a wholesaler, consequently our customers have normally obtained a business licence however it is not a requirement.

Do you charge for shipping? If so, how much is it?

All of our pricing is FOB our warehouse. Our team will be happy to arrange a competitive quote to match your delivery needs. Shipping quotes depend on the receiving location, size, level of service and weight of the order. Shipments going to the United States are transported from KenDor in Delta, BC and shipped from Blaine, WA.

Do you guys use toxic dyes?

We stress to our mills the necessity of using low-impact dye stuffs. For further information on KenDor’s movement to minimize our environmental impact please contact us.

Where does your fabric come from?

We predominantly source from China and Taiwan. We also import some items from Europe and New Zealand. We are always looking for new and interesting supply lines!
