• Freight is additional to the cost of the fabric
• Payment terms are Credit Card unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to order being released to the Warehouse
• KenDor reserves the right to run credit checks as it deems necessary as well as extend/revoke terms as we deem appropriate
• Failure to pay for orders processed by the warehouse will immediately result in payment terms being changed to Pre-Authorization prior to processing for all future orders
